1. I've started a massive SPAM purge, any accounts that have spammed are being removed, also for a short period new user signups are disallowed until the SPAM cleaning is finished.

Has anyone heard of this?????????

I have a strange programme running on my laptop when i start up.
It dosnt show anywhere except in task manager processes.
Its called WinDiasbleZero and uses aprox 97% resources.
My current anti virus dosnt find it, file search dosnt find it.
I end process and all is ok(i think?)

    Anyone any ideas??

    Go to
    start
    run
    then type msconfig
then go to start up and disable anything you don't recognize and then reboot.
It will more then likely fix your problem and keep this program from running.
That's my solution for just about every PC problem :)

Another great software is "system Mechanics" it has lots of options and this is what you need. Manage your startup, block unnecessary items to load, use system analyzer to keep an eye on events etc

That's my solution too, but sometimes the programs somehow make themselves run again.....Ares is famous for that.

The only reference to windisablezero on google was something to do with the software for belkin wireless cards - do you have one of those? I dont think it is a nasty as such but if you can get rid of it without anything breaking al the better.
