    IMO, its yes because it is bad, that is why good forums never allow spamming and that's why search engines rank them higher. It will decrease the quality of your site so be careful where you post your site.

    Sites with spam links are most likely to be unmanaged by anyone. People don't like a website with a million non-informational links and hence search engines work in the same same.

    That is why you have to learn how to manage you keywords and how to used it. You don't like to be considered as spammer right? so keep in mind that, do not stuff your keywords and use only related keyword that may appeal the searcher.
