I think he is doing a website review for free. I have seen a lot of guys doing free website reviews lately. Most of them I believe are students and I assume they do this for their project. I have done this before but I charge very small amount and give them my feedback and suggestions.

If he's doing a free review on his site, then where is the site itself? I also don't get it.
