    Sorry to say guys that most of yesterdays posts were lost , the site had a major crash and we had to restore a back up .

    Again Im really sorry for anyone that had signed up and/or made posts.

    After being up all night trying to sort it im off to bed :)

    haha yeah its the hosts fault really , I enabled hotlink protection and it totally messed up the mod rewrite on the server, so all the dynamic URL's which vbseo rewrite showed as 404's , not only that but the same thing on the blog and the main site.

    The hosts didnt have a clue why it happened either lol, I was up all night sorting it so im going to have a nice chilled day today lol.

    Yeah tell me about it , luckily the host do a daily backup at around 10 a.m everyday so i was luck in that respect, the last backup i had was around 3 weeks ago

    Good thing you only lost 1 day. When webhosting talk was hacked, they lost several months of post. Could you imagine losing 4 or even 5 months of post or members?

    Not even worth thinking about haha , if triphp lost that it would basically take the forum back to when i first took over here. Practically everything would be lost
