Eye contact is difficult sometimes

I cant make eye contact with some people. I mean not all of the people but some people. Why is that and how to overcome that?

Yeah, its hard to wear contacts and also needs more maintenance than eye glasses.

Eye contact is also difficult for me. I don't know why.

Its about making eye contact. Not contact lenses.

If a person avoid looking at somebody's eyes, it means that he has something to hide and that he is not sincere. But at the same time staring at a person can be really irritating. I prefer looking at person but not staring.

Sometime it is difficult too me also.

grow a pair ... of self esteem

mostly shy people cant maintain their eye contact with other persons and specially if the other person is staring then they get nervous, this is my point of view..........

Hi, I've always had this problem, and I don't know why this is. When I look into someone's eyes, and they look into mine, I feel exposed, as if they know what I'm thinking or something. I realise this is completely irrational, but it's difficult to control.

I try to force myself to just deal with it though. I make it my goal to make whoever I'm talking to believe that I'm confident. Sometimes I can't do it, and I try to make it look natural by using a lot of gestures and just casually glancing around the room.

Anyway, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one with this irritating problem.

Always feel confident about yourself. Making eye contact is just about the game of self confidance as much you have, you gonna play longer.
