1. I've started a massive SPAM purge, any accounts that have spammed are being removed, also for a short period new user signups are disallowed until the SPAM cleaning is finished.

    There are three types of exception are:
    Checked exceptions: A checked exception is an exception that is typically a user error or a problem that cannot be foreseen by the programmer.
    Runtime exceptions: A runtime exception is an exception that occurs that probably could have been avoided by the programmer.
    Checked exceptions: These are not exceptions at all, but problems that arise beyond the control of the user or the programmer.
