1. I've started a massive SPAM purge, any accounts that have spammed are being removed, also for a short period new user signups are disallowed until the SPAM cleaning is finished.

Does this consider irritation ?

Let assume that i would like to share 10 things on same forum on the same topic. i have putted this all because of sharing purpose. but i have included my signature also. When people come to that particular category, they can see all thread that i posted. Does this consider as irritation?

That could be. In most well maintained forums, you will be banned for doing that. Here you might escape, as most people come here to post and all questions are made up.

Sharing the same information on the site over and over again is irritating and most likely against most forum rules and should be reported. If on the other hand you the information is good and its shared once its perfectly fine.

Another instance of this is users pasting the same information across lots of webmaster forums just to gain signature links which is also irritating.

i also observed that one of the problem why there are duplicate thread posts is they never search first for a particular thread to be able to check a solution for their problem.

It's irritating when they have seen your post from somewhere else and out of topic.

I don't see anything wrong with that, but maybe I don' understand what you want to do. Placing a signature in a post is not something forbidden on most forums. Posting more threads again is not against any rule. However if what you post looks spammy, you will surly have some problems.

The only thing that will make it wrong and irritating is when you posted 10 different things, which can clearly give the people an impression that you just want to gain a lot of posts. Be sure that what you are posting is really helpful for the others.
