1. I've started a massive SPAM purge, any accounts that have spammed are being removed, also for a short period new user signups are disallowed until the SPAM cleaning is finished.

Do you use a CMS?

Yes i am using Joomla (CMS) for my hosting site.Because Joomla is one of the most powerful Open Source Content Management Systems and it is used all over the world for designing simple websites to complex corporate applications.
    Features of Joomla are
    1.Easy to install,
    2.Simple to manage and reliable.
I am using http://www.9cubehosting.com hosting service which supports Joomla (CMS) in Linux platform.

I don't use cms because of security issues. Even though most CMSs are on a high-standard and pay a lot of attention to security issues they offer much more contact surface for hacker attacks than a simple html-based web site does.
