There would be a large variety of suggestions that would be offered unless you specify the resources and the other requirements that you are looking for. Though, it is highly possible that you might have gotten a hosting solution until now as the thread was started in August 2010.

i think dedicate server is the best one for who don't want any problem for their site like site down, suspended.etc.

Yes Dedicated Server is very good option because on shared hosting once the bandwidth or space increases they suspend the account.

There are many web hosting companies providing VPS hosting but I found Justhost a most reliable one.

    Hi,

VPS or Dedicated Server ? well its all depend upon your requirement and your service provider, if your requirement is not much and your provider is not over selling his VPS account then VPS will do the most of the job but if you just want full control you better go with Dedicated Server.

Vps is a cost effective solution but in comparison with Dedicated Server. Dedicated Server is better option for large business.

VPS is a nice option to start up, but after all it has some limitation and when website traffic increases you might require to go for a dedicated server hosting. Regarding to vps or dedicated, you must have to figure it out when you switched from shared hosting to vps.

I use knowhost for vps services and micfo.com for a reseller account.
Both are fine for me ... and do their job.
