Can you please help with wordpress?

Hi everyone. I'm making a new site called Chief entertainments at chiefentertainments(DOT)com. I'm a little new to wordpress and could use some help. Can you please list some essential plug-ins that you believe all wordpress blogs though have? And how do I add pictures from my posts to the top bar that is supposed to have pictures on it?

I'm very confused since I don't know how to add pictures to the top bar.

About including pics on top bar (i presume you mean a main top section) there are many WP themes available for free with this function, just including your post on the "featured" category they will be place automatically on the top's main area of your blog with the respective picture included :laugh:

I visited your site and noticed that the theme you are using comes from web2feel.com – Free wordpress themes – Tutorials – Tips and tricks but i'm not sure exactly which one... so please let me know the theme you use on your blog and i'll take a look on how it works, then i'll show you steep by steep how to include pics as previews on the blog. Just point to me the exact theme you use and i'll test it on my own blog "Ablog".

Usually all you need to know is declare into your post the image's URL or make the post with the pic "featured" but i would like to test it before pointing you on the wrong way

I'm not sure where to put the image url though.
