When it comes to money and personal or organizational benefits everyone tends to forget ethics, philosophy and all other nice terms which are frequently used to entice people who will be potential resources of income. It’s real hard to get hold of principle when you are tested upon them but if you stand with what you commit then you are at far better position which can reward you in long run.

Its all depends on your business plan, do you want to earn very good money for small time and flee or you need good money for long terms. If you are going for later option then plan your business, define its business philosophy and then stand behind it all the way.

    Hello to all

An overall business philosophy will usually be reflected in a company's mission statement and will have a bearing on their products, strategies, policies, procedures, advertising, hiring, vendor relations, etc.A philosophy might be to "only use fresh ingredients" or to "improve our local community" or "be environmentally responsible" , etc.

    Have a nice day

Personally, my business philosophy is to provide Value, in product or service. This value needs to be imparted on my customer in a mutually beneficial way. Where my customer benefits more from my service than he/she loses by paying me for my services. To create value is to create wealth, and wealth increases the quality of life for everyone around it. ;)

    Hi

Philosophy is the foundation to preventing mediocrity. Most people consider philosophy useful only in the realm of morals. Is an action right or wrong and how will it affect my eternal soul? The dictionary definition of philosophy is a set of beliefs, principles, or aims, underlying somebody's practice or conduct. A philosophy can be a guide to growing your business. By defining what you consider important, you can decide what projects to tackle and which to leave to others. Business decisions are seldom between what is right and what is wrong, but between what is good and what is best. For example, you are in the midst of making a decision that will affect all of your employees, such as acquiring new office space. Should you tell the employees or not? Neither choice is wrong. Providing the information too early in the process will result in useless concern by the employees, while telling the employees only after the new lease is signed prevents any insight and contributions from those most affected. If your philosophy includes "two heads are better than one," you will make sure everyone knows the potential plan as soon as possible.

    Thanks
    Have a nice time ahead.
