No it wont , Google webmaster tools will though after the backlink update. Google only show you links which it counts towards your site , if they are non relevant google seem to exclude im lead to believe.

Although even the links in google webmaster tools are only viewable after the backlink update which normally happens just before the PR updates/exports

My mistake. What I meant is that you can see all your backlinks with webmaster tools (in the Links to your site section) even if Google doesn't count them as backlinks.

Google will not show all links you get on the link: syntax command, because google don't want your competitors see all links you get.

Hey, I'm using google webmasters, there can find all weblinks that google recognize.
If you are using FF, I recommend to install the SeoQuake plugin. I like it very much!

none of the sites will show you a perfect indication of your backlinks. yahoo seems to be more specific though so i would agree with the people that say to use that instead of Google.

It simply because they have both different algo when it come to crawling the web and beside Google used to do that always they hide thing so that webmaster won't cheat them.

You could use a back link checker on another website. I think TriPHP has a webmaster tool that allows you to view your back links.

Ahh, yeah, I just looked at the tools, I couldn't see it, but I found a tool that allows you to check how many back links you have (Link Popularity tool).
