On smaller communities like this one, I respond to any PM.

But if the community gets huge, more members will PM the forum admin about every little thing and it gets annoying. That is when I would stop responding to PMs about support on the forums.

I read them, I will respond if it is urgent, but otherwise, I don't respond if it something pointless.

I read them all and I usually respond to all of them. But thats because I haven't really been on a forum that I got tons of PM's on.

When your forum gets active, you start receiving a lot more PMs, it becomes hard to keep up with them.

If it's a pointless PM, I won't reply. If it's something I wish to respond to, then yes, I will reply.

I don't do anything different being a forum admin, I would reply if I want to, or don't if I don't want to just as I would as if I was a member receiving the PM. If it is for support though, I try to reply the best I can, always want members to be able to do what they want.

It depends, I will scuttle through them, and delete any requests or reply saying post it in the feedback section. If one is entitled 'HELP' I will immediately answer it.
