Have you experience that when you are going to post in an article site and you will find out that the article site was have been hacked by this particular person or group of people who do the hacking thing in able to proved that they can rule over the net. Its quite alarming because the number of hacked site are become more and more, what is your thoughts about this?
As long as there are scripts there will be exploits , as long as there is exploits there will be webmasters that do not take the time to take care of the scripts. I Was hacked about a year ago on one of my Joomla sites, its a nightmare when it happens i agree
Even scarier- I went to check on my earnings from an affiliate site only to find that it had been hacked. The site was down for over a day.
I have seen some social bookmarking sites and press release sites hacked. Their scripts might be a problem
Really there are some social bookamrking sites and press release sites too that have been hacked. You know i never thought the exact thing why this hackers from Pakistani and India wants or goals with the things they have done in hacking those article sites. FYI, their names are Z7FaaN H4Ck3R and SkuLL-HacKeR.
I think any site's FTP could be hacked not control panel then from control panel change UN and PW and upload fresh site. Am I write please suggest.
So many people get hacked, dont you have some kind of defence on your site? Gets me thinking, most of my sites have no defence at all..
Some how we all had faced hacking problem. I can understand those difficulties. Thanks God i am safe till now.
I also experienced this especially when I submitting articles on article submission sites. I don't know why they are doing this. I rather to be spammed than to be hacked.
They wanted to be known and get famous in that field (just a quick guess). Hacking is scary but spamming are annoying. I hate both of them.
I suggest that upgrading to a custom solution is the best. Open source code are they target mostly because hackers have full access to the code. Changing the coding will help so that the hackers do not know what was changed to be more secure.

When I am submitting articles or website link in different directories, I also encountering such "attacked website" like that. I think it is due to poor server security.
Actually just today when i made submission to a social bookmarking site i even see some of the SB site are being hacked too and there was a friend of mine who said that in the directory submission occurs it too.
I think they are hacked it's because hackers can easily enter the security of your site as well the article submission site's hosting.
Yes Last Few months i will try to use those directories site but most of site is hacked. I think scripting problem.
