Im not normally someone that uses PPC networks but ive decided to give it a try with google adwords , ive deposited $125 to get some traffic for a highly profitable niche site i have , ive setup the campaign and so far there has been no impressions or clicks , what am i doing wrong ? isnt it just a case of setting it up and letting it run ? the ad has been approved so i dont get why there are no impressions at least

I think it takes a little time to get the ads onto relevant sites. How long has it been since you registered and got the ad approved?

On another note. I have had good success running campaigns with Advtise.com They are a lot more accessible when it comes to questions etc. Getting through to Google can be a major effort in itself.

River ! Google shows ads after 15 minutes of creation. I mean to say that you have created ads and submitted and your billing info is correct then it will take not more than 15 minutes to see your ads in Google. There might be some problem. Check your daily budget and Bid. They might be very low. $125 is a good budget. You can check your billing info too, they might be getting some problem in verifying your billing info. I would suggest you to use Credit Card for Billing.

Check these things and if there are some problem then fix them. Otherwise contact Google Adwords Support team, they will help you better. I have 1.5 years experience in managing Adwords Campaign. If you need any more help let me know. :)

The other thing to check is to make sure that the keywords you have chosen are no so specific that they do not get traffic.

My personal advice with less budget adwords spenders

Use exact keywords only and leave others....use your ads on google search and avoid google contents network

one thing more that you need to bid high in start to get position and after that you can get only clicks

Dynamic titles are easy, they don't cost anything and they usually have a good effect on CTR and conversion rates. The phrase that the searcher uses in their search will come up as the the title of your AdWord. This saves you having to create an individual ad for each keyword and means that your ad will be more targeted. Test your creative in each position and work out where it will be most effective, from an ROI point of view. Remember also that the adwords ranking algo works on a CPCxCTR basis.
