    u have mentioned each thing about seo in comprehensive way... but missed some of them.. creating blog on ur site .. so that u can do rss submission and can earn backlinks for ur site..and that increase more traffic as well

    well,well. I have to say that I'm a newbie and this article was posted in 2007. Many things have changed,but it just give us a main direction for us.

    Sand Box in not religion... region.
    I have site that got penalized after a year with no reason. I submitted my application to google and after 30 days it get out of that penalty.
