Almost all of those sites that you listed are being sort under Directory Critics Free Directory List. Check them out. I already used some of the great sites listed there and they are all absolutely a do-follow one.

Absolutely. Although some of them, but quite few having no-follow index. You don't need to look for another sources because the site itself (directorycritic) update their list in the most recent time adding new article sites they found anywhere on the net.
