    Well, if you're building your site around AdSense, I would reccommend a banking/loans/credit website. That niche has the highest paying keywords. Since you are new, I would be more than happy to put your Adsense ads on my website (Welcome to the Frontpage) if you write articles or help with running the forum.

    same here.. cant find a way increase beyond it. Certain keyword tool estimate keywords 80$ per click.. Those are bogus
